Community Brands we work with

We work with community-driven brands that create with purpose — from handcrafted makers to creative studios shaping culture and identity.

Brands like Parisukat and Luminous Wire reflect the kind of partners we collaborate with: rooted in craft, storytelling, and community.

Tools

Our tools are rooted in bayanihan — designed for people to think, build, and solve together.

We focus on collaborative processes that turn shared ideas into real, meaningful outcomes.

Tribo

Tribo is a community for founders and creatives building in public — a space for honest conversations, shared experiences, and real support while growing ideas and businesses.

It’s where people don’t just connect, but actively help each other move forward.

Why We Need Community

The truth is, the journey of creating something from scratch can get lonely.
You wear every hat — designer, marketer, content creator, customer support.
You spend hours figuring out strategies, tweaking your website, scheduling posts —
then question if any of it even lands.

You start the week motivated, but by midweek, you’re second-guessing everything.
No one’s there to tell you, “Hey, that’s actually good. Keep going.”
That’s the quiet struggle of many solopreneurs:
working with purpose, but often without people.
And that’s when doubt and burnout creep in — slowly but surely.

But community changes that.
In a tribe, your story gets heard.
 Your ideas get seen.
And your work gets stronger —
because you’re surrounded by people who get it.

This is what Tribo is built for:
to make sure you don’t lose that spark just because you’re doing things solo.

What Is SuriHabi? Building Through Collaboration

🌱 Tribo: A Space for Starters, Solopreneurs, and Creatives — who doesn’t want to do it alone.

Your ideas deserve to be seen — not buried in drafts or “someday” plans.
Here, we create with intention: sharing stories, showing process, and helping each other refine our message.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up — and building your brand as you evolve.

At baybayen.ph, you’ll get starter tools and quick weekly activities designed to help you turn ideas into real content. Each week, everyone’s encouraged to join in — answer the prompt, share your take, and post your progress in the group. It’s a creative habit that keeps you accountable and connected.

No more building in isolation.
Tribo is a space where ideas collide and grow — whether that means co-creating content, exchanging feedback, or building projects together.
Because sometimes, the missing piece in your idea is someone else’s perspective.

Here, you can freely share your work-in-progress and ask for feedback. Collaborate on projects, join creative pairings, or help refine someone else’s vision. Every idea has room to grow when we build it together.

This is the heart of it all.
A place to connect with people who understand the same creative highs and solopreneur lows.

Here, you’re not competing for space — you’re creating space for each other.
We celebrate progress, share wins, and remind one another why we started in the first place.

From learning and sourcing insights from the group, to finding inspiration in each other’s stories — this is where we all grow together. The more you show up, the more the community gives back.

Your Community, Our Community

SuriHabi

a collaborative workshop where founders and creatives come together to suri (review, question, and refine) their ideas, then habi (weave them into clearer direction through shared thinking and co-creation).

1. SuriCircle

Quick introductions (name + what they’re building) and also prompt sharing, each person shares:

  • what they’re building
  • current struggle
  • what feels stuck
2. Suri: What is really the problem
Analyzing what the real problem of your brand is. This step is important because most people describe symptoms, not the root cause of the issue.
3. Habi: Idea Weaving
This is where the magic happens. Everyone contributes ideas to each person. Not expert advice. Just collaborative thinking.
4. Hulma: Prototype Sprint
Using pen and paper, this is where participants physically create based on the collaborative ideas formed during the idea weaving session.
5. Bahaginan: Presentation + accountability

Everyone presents: (each, 2-3 minutes)

  • what changed
  • what they realized
  • what they’re launching

Then identify collaboration opportunities.

Baybayen is more than a space — it’s a movement. A growing 🌱community of beginners, studentpreneurs, creatives, 🖌️ learners, and modern makers who believe in ✏️ building local, living slowly, and sharing stories that matter ✨
